The whole process was a scam. They didn’t provide the best value nor the transparency. Upon asking about the value and how they have calculated, they denied to provide the certificate or any documents providing the information that they are buying gold. It is a gold shop not muthoot gold point as well. They scammed me after melting my gold, no online transfer is available as well as they threatened me that they will reduce the amount.The value is not even close to what it should have. I am going to have a police complain.

Hi guys! I am an advocate practicing in Supreme court of India and Delhi High court. One of my client had mentioned about this company so I tried my hand to expose the reality. This a FRAUD company.. DO not sell your fold here at all atleast at this branch of which I am aware that with my own experience. I went to sell my old gold for which they evaluated Rs 94000/- and told me its 16 carat and weight was 16 grams only and very smartly and quickly in 5 mins, their guy also gave me Rs 94000. Surprisingly and that time I appreciated how quick and fasr they are. After leaving in 15-20 mins I realized that there is something fishy in the way how transaction was completed by them in haste. I went back in 1 hr or so and asked my gold back and I want to check the weight again and the calculation. He said it’s already been sent to other branch. On putting pressure and raising complaint next day it was called back. I took my gold back and returned their money. Got the gold checked at a gold shop. It was 18 Carat and weight was 20 grams. And the value they have me was Rs 1,28,000/- in account (not cash) That too after dedication etc. Otherwise it was Rs 1,32,000/- Definitely their USP is that they wil give you cash in 4 -5 mins only. So that you don’t think for a second about the price etc. Or smell anything fishy there. They wil do a super quick transaction and give 30- 40 k less to orginal price or may be more. DO NOT TRUST AND BELIEVE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE FRAUD. GET IT CHECKED ALWAYS FROM SOMEELSE. THEIR MACHINES AND CALCULATION EVERYTHING IS MANIPULATED AND MALFUNCTIONED BY THEM.

Pathetic experience. Had put in a query for selling gold and they asked to come with gold, aadhar card and local address proof. Upon visiting the branch and post evaluation they asked me to arrange a call with either wife or parents. Now, this T&Cs is neither mentioned on the website nor they told this over the call. The rings belonged to me and I am not comfortable letting my wife know about the sale. They said it’s company policy and they need to speak with a female. Now, if it’s a company policy and non negotiable thing why it is not mentioned on the website in the procedure or why they don’t tell the same while confirming over the call. Total time waste experience.
